The noris Sovereign Cloud (nSC) is an OpenStack-based cloud solution by noris network.

From first login to your first VM

The full walkthrough with screenshots is in OpenStack. Quick overview:

  1. Log in. Sign in with the user provided in your sign-up email at the dashboard (leave the domain field empty).
  2. Create a network and subnet: Step 1.
  3. Create a router and connect it to the external network. Step 2.
  4. Create a security group and allow SSH access (port 22). Step 3.
  5. Create an SSH keypair: Step 4.
  6. Create your first VM (compute instance). Step 5.
  7. Assign a floating IP so the VM is reachable from the internet. Step 6.
  8. Connect via SSH: Step 7.

Manage users and projects
