Benchmarks
The noris Sovereign Cloud (nSC)‘s Benchmarks showcase our own performance measurement snapshots, to give you an estimate of what performance levels can usually be reached with the platform. The values shown here are snapshots from 2026 and do not represent guaranteed performance. Actual values vary depending on load, configuration, and timing.
How to reproduce

Section titled “Yet-Another-Bench-Script”For our benchmarks, we used the open-source tool Yet-Another-Bench-Script (YABS). For information on usage, installation, and licensing, please refer to the linked GitHub repository.
For our test, we spawned a new VM (flavor SCS-4V-16) in a new network, connected it to the internet, and made sure not to connect it to any other machine.
Use multiple VMs or a dedicated server with as much internet bandwidth as possible, a single VM would likely be bottlenecked by the network interconnect before saturating the S3. Create new EC2 credentials with openstack ec2 credentials create; be sure NOT to use your established credentials. Download warp on these machines and run it as shown in the benchmarks below. NEVER use your established buckets for the benchmark, data within would be overwritten in the process; always choose a new benchmark bucket without data in it.
For S3 benchmarks, we used s3compare.io as a reference.
